Description

Remote Flexible Jobs (remoteflexiblejobs.com) is hiring a Client Success Manager to provide strategic support to our clients. As one of our first hires focused exclusively on client success, this is an exciting opportunity to help define our organizational approach in this area. The position will report to the VP of Sales, and offers salary plus bonus, profit-sharing, competitive benefits, and participation in an employee stock option pool.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key Remote Flexible Jobs clients, helping maximize the impact of their texting and calling programs.
  • Coordinate the work of other Remote Flexible Jobs team members providing strategic support to other Remote Flexible Jobs clients.
  • Develop and maintain best practice guides and documents for Remote Flexible Jobs texting and phone calling tools.
  • Develop and manage regular client success communications to all Remote Flexible Jobs clients (e.g., monthly tips, automated emails based on usage patterns, etc.)
  • Analyze usage of our texting and calling tools by clients to stay abreast of best practices
  • Coordinate the development of case studies highlighting the work of specific clients making exemplary use of our tools
  • Coordinate broad-based training sessions and materials for Remote Flexible Jobs clients
  • This position will require extended hours around Remote Flexible Jobs busiest times, which generally correspond to U.S. statewide and national elections

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience managing RFPText (or similar texting tools) for a political campaign, advocacy organization, or related project
  • Experience managing the RFPText (or similar calling tools) for a political campaign, advocacy organization, or related project
  • Experience providing customer support or client success at a Software-as-a-Service company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfortable with phone, screen-share, and in-person presentations
  • Experience working in high speed, complex environments
  • A demonstrated interest and involvement in progressive politics
  • Experience and/or comfort working remotely

While experience matters, we also believe that most skills can be learned, and we care as much about work ethic, creativity, determination, and cultural fit.

Location

This is a remote position. Work from anywhere in U.S. time zones as long as you have good internet and the work gets done. This position will require occasional travel for on-site customer support and training.

Compensation

  • $55K - $70K base salary, depending on experience
  • Additional compensation from bonuses and participation in profit-sharing pool
  • Participation in employee stock option pool

  • 3 weeks of vacation time in year 1 and 2, with increases thereafter
