THE MISSION: To communicate with potential leads to learn more about them and get permission for further outreach.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Use calling scripts to collect appropriate information from prospects.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the prospect’s wants and needs.
• Persuade the prospect to engage in a follow-up call.
• Record the prospect’s information diligently and accurately into the system.
• Handle objection and evasions from prospects.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU….

• At least one year of prior experience in a fast-paced outbound B2B call center.
• High School Diploma (some college level experience is a plus).
• Working knowledge of call center systems (Five9®, XenCALL, or more) and data entry.
• Ability to research and QA data is a plus!
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Patient and able to handle and overcome rejection.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and home office set-up.

COMPENSATION: $10.00 per hour
