Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Loan Signing Associate to work virtually in the U.S. only.

What kinds of interactions will you have with our customers? You will be using your customer service and problem solving to assist customers with their mortgage accounts via email inquiries and phone.

TYPICAL TASKS MIGHT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

collaborating with client, borrowers, closers, third parties and settlement agents to ensure timely signing of documents
ensure quality review on documents and loan pipeline management
evaluate internal and external compliance audit finding and remediate those loans.

While performing these duties, you will view and have access with confidential financial data, ensure all regulatory requirements have been met such by the closing disclosure timing, appraisal delivery, and a change in circumstance.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing and/or operations experience.
Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).

SKILLS:

Exceptional active listening skills with ability to paraphrase what is being stated to validate understanding.
A self-starter who demonstrates a strong sense of urgency with great problem-solving, organization skills and ability to multi-task high volumes pipelines.
Solid verbal communication skills with ability to articulate communication clearly and effectively to the borrower and management team.
Solid writing skills with ability to write clearly and concisely.
Ability to multitask and follow assignments to completion with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and can prioritize competing tasks while maintaining a high degree of quality/compliance accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Ability to effectively handle escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules and work overtime as necessary.
Excellent basic mathematical problem-solving capabilities such as addition, subtraction, multiply, divide and decimals.
Proven track record of both high productivity and high-quality work across multiple clients and loan file types.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Quiet home office workspace, computer, and Internet.
10+ Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (unfortunately, Hotspots are not fast enough).
Personal landline or cell phone.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
