• Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalations.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers, when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
• Strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection, computer, and a quiet home office setup. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PAY RANGE: $12.00-$30.00 per hour
